For this month's smoothie collab, Erewhon worked with Miranda Kerr to create "the ultimate beauty boost." With inspiration from Miranda's organic skincare line, KORA Organics, the ingredients in this smoothie will give your skin a glow from the inside out, which is the best kind of glow you could get. It includes ingredients like acai, plant-based collagen, and coconut, all of which your skin will LOVE.

When you order this smoothie in-store, Erewhon does what it does best and makes the smoothie a beautiful piece of art, and if you have the ingredients, you can craft this too. Or you can keep it simple and just make the delicious and vitamin-rich smoothie base. Either way, you get left with one of my new favorite smoothies.

Miranda Kerr's Erewhon Smoothie Recipe

  1. Add all of the ingredients listed under "Smoothie Base" to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Into the bottom of your cup, sprinkle half of your blue majik and pitaya powder. Then add a small scoop of either organic coconut cream or your Cocojune yogurt if you don't have the cream.
  3. Pour your smoothie into your cup (with the powders and coconut already at the bottom).
  4. Top your smoothie with another scoop of coconut cream or Cocojune yogurt and sprinkle on the remaining blue majik and pitaya powder.
  5. Sip and enjoy!

Fashion blogs have always been my favorite thing to read, since like forever. I’m subscribed to all the magazines. My tabs are always full of articles about Bella Hadid or Kourtney Kardashian’s new matcha recipe. I eat that crap up. But I was always annoyed when I opened a fashion blog. Instead of getting the scoop on Devon Lee Carlson or the new SSENSE sale, it was some old person I never heard about or some crazy designer that only makes clothes for the elite.
