HOW TO MAKE KENDALL JENNER'S EREWHON SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen peaches
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 serving liquid electrolytes
1/4 cup (or a generous splash) aloe vera juice
1/2 cup peach kombucha
2 heaping tablespoons Cocoyo peach nectarine coconut yogurt
2 scoops (aka 1 serving) of Sprout Living vanilla lucuma protein powder
1 serving vanilla collagen
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp goji berries

a dollop of coconut cream for serving
diced peaches for serving

The latest addition to TIGG's Erewhon smoothie recipes is Kendall Jenner's Erewhon Smoothie. It's a peaches and cream smoothie, just in time for summer.

This smoothie is super gut-healthy, featuring many extra vitamins and probiotic yogurt, but the most gut-healthy and surprising ingredient... kombucha.

I've never made a smoothie with kombucha, and I've never even heard of anyone using kombucha in a smoothie, so this is definitely a first. I always assumed it would react weirdly when mixed with other ingredients. However, this smoothie blends perfectly fine and is delicious as always. If you really don't like kombucha, then you can skip that ingredient, but I highly suggest giving it a try. Kombucha is a fermented tea, so it is filled with live probiotics, making it great for the biome in your gut.

I'm always glad that we have strayed away from the typical Erewhon smoothie recipes with this one. It isn't just the typical creamy, rich fruit smoothie; in fact, it seems to be different from any smoothie on the market right now. I mean, come on, kombucha.

So make this smoothie, throw on a cute sun dress, and lay in the sun with a book and your new refreshing and delicious summery drink.

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend. Add more coconut milk if it is too thick or you are struggling to blend. Top with a dollop of coconut cream* and diced peaches.

*If you can't find Zuma Valley Coconut cream at your grocery store, you can make some by buying a can of coconut cream or high-fat coconut milk and whipping the cream until smooth and scoopable.
