This new rise of it-girls is so classic and put together and I love it. They represent a girl from Stockholm with perfectly blown-out hair who loves daddy’s credit card. Picture blue jeans, white baby tee, oversized sweater in one hand, and your Birkin in the other. Honestly wish I were them.
However achieving this style is minimal and effortless, yet still carefully crafted and you need an eye for the right pieces. It’s also how you wear the clothes, so go in with the mindset that you are this it-girl. Looser dark wash pants and a white top is a great staple outfit and you can mix and match to your heart’s desire.
If you are over that super colorful and funky style and looking to evolve to a more chic and classic look, this is the place to start. But I know what you are thinking. Plus it could be easily layered or thrown around your next or dressed up or down. The possibilities are quite endless, making this a lovely scandi it-girl staple.
First of all, never wear these pants with a belt. I don’t know who styled that but it obviously wasn’t me. So don’t do that. Instead, keep these classic pants low and baggy and pair with literally any of the shirts in this article. See that’s the great thing. You can purchase all of these items and mix and match literally all of them. These it-girls are on to something.

We all know and love Lexxola, so every time they drop some new designs or colors I love seeing how well it does with the it-girls of Instagram. Their Jordy’s were a cultural reset and everyone has a pair of those, such a staple. And I don’t want them leaving the spotlight anytime soon. I don’t even care if people say they are last season, I’m saying there not and that you should get over those micro-trends where the style changes every time someone on Tik Tok goes viral. I’m so over that.
Last year (I can’t believe I’m saying that), Lexxola released the Jordy’s in new colors like pink and green. While I thought those were super cute and fun, they didn’t get a lot of hype and I never really saw those colors on my feed, people stuck to the classic blue and orange, and I don’t blame them.
However, a new line has just been dropped: Neo. When I first saw these glasses I was like “OMG I need those ASAP,” sadly I had just purchased a pair of Lexxola’s not too long ago and I didn’t have the will to purchase anything else after that SSENSE sale. I mean if an $800 dress is on sale for $500, you just have to get it. Like it’s not even a choice. It was probably life testing me. But hey, sales are what makes the world go round.
So despite the fact that I didn’t get my hands on the Neo immediately, I wanted to see who did. After the first week of scrolling through social I probably only saw like one girl wearing them and it was a PR package (Lexxola please get me on that list). So I thought to myself, “wow, I guess I was the only girl who appreciate these.” Boy was I wrong. They probably had so many orders they just couldn’t ship fast enough because those insta posts came at me like a bus in Mean Girls. Every it-girl that I knew had a pair.
From style icons like @JordanDaniels, @CourtneyMawhorr, or @Lame.Cobain, everyone was styling these sleek sunnies.
The Neo comes in four colors: white, red, moss, and black. All with those iconic colored lenses. The most popular is definitely the white and honey pair and I totally see why. They are definitely the cutest of the pack and for sure my favorite. However, if you wanted to be a lil different and switch things up, the red and peach ones are a super cute runner-up.
I don’t know about you but I can say that these are for sure my next purchase. It’s giving everything! I’ve listed the links for them in this article so it’s super quick and easy for you, but if you opened that link and flinched at the price, I’ve got you. I’ve scowered the world of Amazon to find some glasses with the vibe of an it-girl, but at an affordable price. I love having my nails done. I feel like the hottest person ever. Like I literally transform into Paris Hilton while doing anything. I could literally have my hand on the stove and not even notice because I’ve been staring at these beautiful nails for the past 24 hours. However, sometimes having the coolest nails in the room can be a lot of work. I don’t know what color to get, should I get a design, are these even cute? I also love having an inspo pic. It’s not that I’m not original, I just like getting ideas and inspiration. My nails determine my mood, and they definitely show off my vibe. However, it’s not always easy finding good nail inspo. When you look it up it can be too minimal or just not giving what needed to be gave. This digital camera is definitely the new film. I think everyone was sick of having to wait a week for their pics to develop and carrying around a million disposable cameras wasn’t always convenient. I wonder if next year everyone will be carrying around an iPhone 4 (I still got mine just in case).
Blonde is out, and the brunette is in… well, sort of. Celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Gigi Hadid have recently been seen modeling this grown-out natural look, so for all our blondes with dark roots, this is your time to shine. This newest color is very natural and falls right between blonde and brunette, so I'm not sure where to place it. Someone even said being blonde is chuegy, but I strongly disagree. I mean, don't tell me you're about to call Claudia Schiffer chuegy?! Thought so. Being blonde is so hot, but it's tough to keep up. Depending on how drastic you go, touching up your roots all the time can be exhausting and hurt your bank account. Wouldn't you love to spend that money on a vintage Dior bag? Models are starting to realize this and embrace the growth. This color is a healthier, more lived-in look, perfect for the winter. It pulls warm and cool tones will keep its shine. Ah, winter in New York City, the snow, the garbage, the warm tea, and the big black puffer jacket. Some people use a groundhog to tell the change in seasons; I use a coat hanger. Once I see the streets of New York looking like Aritzia snowmen walking around, I put my tree up. Now that you understand the importance of this closet staple, you might be freaking out if you don't own one or want something a little more stylish than your old Under Armour one that you stole from your little brother. But, listen, the little black dress is now the big black puffer. I think any brown case is good for fall but I like this one because it has a bunch of colors, yet still keeps the warm tone “fall vibe.” Plus I’m literally so obsessed with my dog, Bean, that I want everyone to know her. DUH. I’m a die-hard Lexxola fan and basically want the Jordy’s in every color. But this is the color for fall. You literally cannot tell me you can’t throw these on any outfit and they wouldn’t look perfect. OK wait, take that back. You can’t tell me you can’t throw these on any Lily Rose-Depp inspired outfit and they wouldn’t elevate it to the max. That’s better. Ultimate fall sunnies. Mic drop.
You know I had to throw in at least one Marc Jacobs sweater, I just couldn’t resist. This sweater is also featured on a fall lookbook and I love it. It may not fit everyone’s budget which I totally understand, hence the sweater I mentioned previously. But if you are ready to make the investment, do it in this. It’s not a cheesy logo, thankfully, and I love the warm colors. Talk about a fall sweater. Loves it.
Everyone needs a cardigan for fall. And I was going to include another cute brown oversized one but I said no, let’s switch it up.
